Website, local SEO, automation, all of it working together instead of three vendors who've never talked to each other.
Because a services list lets you pick a la carte, and picking a la carte is how most sites end up half-finished. A nice homepage with no lead capture. Good SEO with a form that never gets checked. The system exists so the pieces actually connect: what brings someone to your site also has to catch them once they're there, and keep the relationship going after.
No, and that's on purpose. We run a diagnostic first (the Site Scorecard, or a straight conversation if you're an organization), find where the actual gap is, then prescribe the fix. Clients don't spec their own treatment plan at the doctor's office either. That said, nothing gets built without you seeing it and signing off. You're not handing over a blank check, you're skipping the part where you guess at what you need.
$297 CAD. You get a full analysis of your site and digital footprint, plus a written priority roadmap of what to fix first and why. It's not a sales pitch dressed up as a report. It's the same diagnosis we'd use to plan a build, handed to you either way.
Setup fee plus a monthly fee, no lump sum with a handoff at the end. Setup covers the build itself; the monthly fee funds the ongoing part (hosting, backups, monitoring, and the ongoing pieces like review requests or content edits). Exact numbers depend on scope and which track you're on. Book a call and we'll tell you a real number, not a starting from one.
Minimum 12 months. If you leave early, the remaining months are due. We don't do that to trap people. It's because the system is only worth what it does over time, and a month-to-month arrangement makes it easy to bail before it's had a chance to show results.
Sometimes, sometimes not. Part of what the Scorecard tells you is whether your existing site is fixable or whether the underlying structure is the problem. A site that loads slowly and has no lead capture usually needs more than a coat of paint. One that's just poorly written might not need a rebuild at all.
Depends what's being built and what we're starting from. A straightforward site can move in a few weeks. Anything with automation, a nonprofit's donor/volunteer split, or real content work takes longer. You'll get a real timeline once we've scoped it, not a guess up front.
