For organizations

Before anyone takes a meeting, they check your site.

We build the digital presence that earns the meeting — then keep it current so it keeps working.

The system

Three layers.
Built for mission-driven work.

The diagnosis decides what you need. The layers below are what we build — not a menu you pick from.

1

Credibility

A funder in thirty seconds should know what you do, where you work, and whether you're the real thing. Most org sites don't clear that bar.

  • Registered organization signals: charitable status, governance, and board structure visible and legible
  • Impact page structured around outcomes — not just a program listing
  • Cause SEO: visible for your issue area, sector, and geography
  • Schema markup so grant databases and search engines categorize you correctly
  • Site speed and reliability — a slow or broken site fails a credibility check silently, before you even know someone looked
2

Engagement

Your audiences don't all want the same thing. A funder and a volunteer shouldn't have to figure it out from the same landing page.

  • Full site design and build, structured around multiple audiences
  • Audience-split navigation: funders, donors, volunteers, and participants each get a path built for them
  • Donation flow, volunteer intake, event listings, newsletter signup
  • Content editing without a developer: program descriptions, staff bios, news, events — your team updates them directly
  • Bilingual publishing (French/English from one content structure) — Golden Owl Photo and 100 Mile Arts both run this way
3

Stewardship

The follow-through that usually falls through the cracks after a site launches.

  • Hosting, backups, security monitoring — covered, not your problem
  • Donor impact emails: automatic follow-up after a donation, reporting back on what their support does
  • Event follow-up: post-event comms to attendees, automatic
  • Grant reporting support: intake forms built to capture what you'll need at reporting time, not reconstruct it afterward
  • Monthly briefing: traffic, form submissions, engagement — inbox, no login required

Seb Molgat speaking at Arctic Circle Assembly

I never expected to lead a panarctic organization. But in 2019, when I was called on by a stellar group of northern youth leaders to lead the development of a new organization that would serve as a power base for youth leaders across the North, I dove in head first. The 5 years I spent leading the Arctic Youth Network, ultimately as Executive Director, were the ride of my life. Partnering with some of the most prominent institutions in the north, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars, and getting to know exceptional leaders from across the Arctic - that's the fun stuff. It's managing an organization's worth of files, keeping the website up-to-date, and debugging email access that keeps the wheels turning though. I learned it all by necessity, but I'm grateful to now be able to help you skip the hard part and build systems that enable the real work to be done.
